One organization. One workflow. One launch.
We bring product, engineering, marketing, sales, operations and support into a single workflow built around the launch of your product, so every team moves on the same plan, the same dates and the same definition of ready.
Every team is ready. Just not at the same time.
Most launch problems aren't talent problems. They're handoff problems: separate plans, separate tools and separate ideas of what "done" means.
Siloed plans
Each department runs its own roadmap, so dependencies only show up when something slips.
Lossy handoffs
Context gets lost between product, marketing and sales, and customers hear three different stories.
Late surprises
Support, billing and operations find out what's shipping days before launch, when it's too late to prepare.
Every function, working toward the same launch
We don't replace your teams or your tools. We connect them through shared milestones, clear owners and a single source of truth for the launch.
Product
Scope, positioning inputs and a launch-ready definition of done.
Engineering
Release plans, readiness gates and feature-flag strategy tied to launch dates.
Marketing
Messaging, campaigns and content sequenced against real delivery milestones.
Sales
Enablement, pricing and pipeline plans ready before the announcement.
Operations & Finance
Billing, fulfilment, legal and forecasting aligned to the go-live plan.
Customer Support
Training, documentation and escalation paths in place on day one.
A launch workflow in five stages
Each stage ends with a shared checkpoint that every department signs off on together, not one after another.

Two decades of getting teams to launch together
Jyothsna Ram founded JRB Consult to help organizations do what she has done for most of her career: bring engineering, quality, supply chain, sales, marketing and service onto one plan, and take a product from concept to a successful launch.
Trained as a chemical engineer and materials scientist, she started in R&D and moved into systems engineering, quality and launch leadership. That path gives her a rare view of a launch from the lab bench to the sales floor. Today she works with senior leaders on strategy, operations, pricing and launch readiness, and she still manages hardware programs for the aerospace industry.

Frequently asked
When should we bring you in?
Ideally three to six months before launch, while scope is still being decided. We can also step in closer to launch to stabilize a plan that's at risk.
Do we need to change our tools?
No. We work inside the project management, communication and reporting tools you already use, and only recommend changes where a gap is blocking the launch.
Who do you work with day to day?
Usually a launch sponsor at leadership level plus one lead from each department involved. We facilitate; your people own the decisions and the work.
What kinds of launches do you support?
New products, major feature releases, new market entries and pricing or packaging changes: anything that needs several departments to be ready on the same day.
